Mike has been involved in residential and commercial real estate with a career spanning over 20 years. With expertise and knowledge in Residential and all asset classes of Commercial real estate, Mike is focused on delivering concierge-level service to each of our valued CRN clients.

He has worked with major land developers, banks looking to dispose of their assets, (REO’s), national land buyers, Real estate investment trusts, Hospitality Firms, and currently is working with national and international companies on the purchase and disposition of their assets.

Mike’s primary goal is to provide excellent service for his clients. His passion is assisting buyers and sellers in meeting their real estate objectives in today’s competitive and challenging marketplace. In Mike’s spare time, you can find him on the golf course entertaining clients or on the world class ski slopes of Colorado.

Maytal Hess

Maytal has a background in finance and is passionate about helping others with money and investments. When she found real estate, she fell in love instantly. Maytal takes pride in her commitment to thorough client communication, focusing on details and listening to her clients in order to guide them through each hurdle. No two transactions are the same and she strives to tailor each deal to meet each client’s needs. Clients describe her as “Encouraging and easy to work with. Her morals and ethics set her apart from other real estate agents.” Her unparalleled work ethic has served her well in the highly competitive Denver Real Estate market. She is passionate about the real estate business and believes that home ownership is a huge step towards creating and preserving wealth. Maytal is known for her negotiation skills and comprehensive knowledge of the real estate industry, including investments. She owns several real estate properties herself and especially loves educating investors.

Hess’s parents moved to the United States from Romania and she moved to Denver when she was six. Watching them build two homes and accomplish the American dream inspired her to help others achieve home ownership. Maytal attended Colorado State University and graduated with a Finance degree. She left the finance industry to pursue Real Estate because there is no investment that compares. The more she learned, the more she knew she had to spread the word. “There is so much to Real Estate that the average person doesn’t know and they must! You cannot go to the bank and ask for $300,000 to buy stocks. People need to know how to leverage money and create wealth. I can show them.” She has lived in Atlanta, St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands, as well as many cities in the Denver region, buying investment properties. She currently lives in Stapleton with her son, Hayden. They love spending time together outdoors, skiing, crafting and doing science experiments!

Johnny is a philanthropic entrepreneur and has been entrenched in the Denver real estate market and business community for 16+ years as an investor, entrepreneur, and agent. His main passion is learning what his clients want and partnering with them to achieve their goals. Johnny is also heavily involved in his community, including motivational speaking at high schools, serving as past President of his Rotary Club, and heading several fundraising events for his Rotary Club.

Nicole Vallely

Nicole was born and raised in Williston, North Dakota and moved to Colorado in the 90’s. She has lived all over Colorado ranging from Castle Rock to Denver to Boulder. When it comes to real estate, Nicole is a lifer. She started her career as a broker’s assistant with RE/MAX at age 16 and worked her way up to a full time associate. All the while, she earned the trust of so many brokers that she now runs her own client-centric business and is the exclusive Transaction Coordinator supporting the Colorado Realty Network. Nicole’s passions include remodeling rental properties, maintaining her running pace with Lady Gaga, and doting on her beagle-mix Waldo with daily walks and belly scratches.
