Mike has been involved in residential and commercial real estate with a career spanning over 20 years. With expertise and knowledge in Residential and all asset classes of Commercial real estate, Mike is focused on delivering concierge-level service to each of our valued CRN clients.

He has worked with major land developers, banks looking to dispose of their assets, (REO’s), national land buyers, Real estate investment trusts, Hospitality Firms, and currently is working with national and international companies on the purchase and disposition of their assets.

Mike’s primary goal is to provide excellent service for his clients. His passion is assisting buyers and sellers in meeting their real estate objectives in today’s competitive and challenging marketplace. In Mike’s spare time, you can find him on the golf course entertaining clients or on the world class ski slopes of Colorado.

Maytal Hess

Maytal has a background in finance and is passionate about helping others with money and investments. When she found real estate, she fell in love instantly. Maytal takes pride in her commitment to thorough client communication, focusing on details and listening to her clients in order to guide them through each hurdle. No two transactions are the same and she strives to tailor each deal to meet each client’s needs. Clients describe her as “Encouraging and easy to work with. Her morals and ethics set her apart from other real estate agents.” Her unparalleled work ethic has served her well in the highly competitive Denver Real Estate market. She is passionate about the real estate business and believes that home ownership is a huge step towards creating and preserving wealth. Maytal is known for her negotiation skills and comprehensive knowledge of the real estate industry, including investments. She owns several real estate properties herself and especially loves educating investors.

Hess’s parents moved to the United States from Romania and she moved to Denver when she was six. Watching them build two homes and accomplish the American dream inspired her to help others achieve home ownership. Maytal attended Colorado State University and graduated with a Finance degree. She left the finance industry to pursue Real Estate because there is no investment that compares. The more she learned, the more she knew she had to spread the word. “There is so much to Real Estate that the average person doesn’t know and they must! You cannot go to the bank and ask for $300,000 to buy stocks. People need to know how to leverage money and create wealth. I can show them.” She has lived in Atlanta, St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands, as well as many cities in the Denver region, buying investment properties. She currently lives in Stapleton with her son, Hayden. They love spending time together outdoors, skiing, crafting and doing science experiments!

Brittany Paytas

Brittany is steadfastly focused on helping others across all aspects of life and enjoys being able to help people and families achieve their real estate dreams. As a mom of four, she is keenly aware of the unique needs each family has when buying a home – whether it is finding that first home as newlyweds, finding a home to bring your first baby to, finding a new home for your burgeoning crew, “simply” finding a home that meets the ever-busy, hectic schedule that is daily family life, or finding that vacation home for you and your family to enjoy throughout the years. Brittany will be able to provide you with a unique perspective by drawing upon years of personal real estate transactions and experiences from existing homes to new construction, and leveraging her degree from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising to background in digital marketing and public relations. Alexis Adkins

Transaction Coordinator

Alexis brings more than 10 years of real estate experience to her role as a Transaction Coordinator with Aspen Transaction Coordinators. After beginning her career as a licensed real estate agent, she transitioned into transaction coordination while raising her family—allowing her to stay connected to the industry she loves while helping agents stay organized and focused on their clients.

With a degree in education, Alexis has a natural passion for teaching and supporting others. She enjoys helping agents navigate the details of their transactions, creating organized and compliant files, and making the process feel a little easier from contract to close. Her attention to detail and love of organization are a big part of what makes her such a valuable part of the team.

Outside of real estate, Alexis is a Colorado native who loves adventure and time with her family and their two English Cream Golden Retrievers. They enjoy traveling to new places, skiing, hiking, camping, paddle boarding, and concerts together.
